Koe (hereafter "we" or "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users of this service.

  • Payment information: credit card data handled by Stripe (not stored on our servers)
  • Customer testimonials: reviews collected by the user (text, star ratings, images, submitter name and email)
  • Usage data: IP address, browser information, access logs, usage history
  • Cookies: cookies required to maintain authenticated sessions

2. Purpose of Use

  3. For billing and payment processing on paid plans

This service uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure (data stored on Supabase servers)
  • Stripe: payment processing (credit card data managed by Stripe)
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): AI summary feature (review text is transmitted for processing)
  • Google Places API: automatic Google Reviews fetch (Business plan)
  • X (Twitter) API: automatic tweet fetch (Business plan)

5. Data Storage and Security

  1. Personal information is stored encrypted on Supabase cloud servers.
  2. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text.
  3. All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
  4. Access control uses Row Level Security (RLS), so users can access only their own data.

6. Cookie Use

We use cookies to maintain authenticated sessions. You can disable cookies via your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

7. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

  • Right of access: to request disclosure of your personal information
  • Right to correction: to request corrections to your personal information
  • Right to deletion: to request account deletion (all related data will be deleted)
  • Data portability: to request export of collected testimonial data

8. Personal Information of Testimonial Providers

Personal information contained in testimonials collected by users through this service (submitter name, email address, etc.) is the responsibility of the user as the data controller. Users must appropriately explain the handling of personal information to testimonial providers and obtain their consent.

We may revise this Policy as needed. Material changes will be notified to users via the service or by email. The revised Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this page.
